REGAN CHARLTON
Partner
Regan is passionate about serving the individual needs of her clients. She ensures that there are open lines of communication and that she is available for her clients both on a day-to-day basis and whenever the unexpected arises. Regan is a strong and skilled litigator with significant trial experience. She also understands the complexities of family law, whether that be novel legal issues or complicated personal dynamics. Regan’s zealous, yet professional, approach leads to consistent, positive results for her clients.
Regan is a native Idahoan. She graduated from Boise State University. While at Boise State, Regan was a Speech and Debate All-American and National Champion. Regan received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho, College of Law.
Outside of the practice of law, Regan enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and stepchildren, taking part in many of the outdoor activities Idaho has to offer.

ELISHA KELLEHER
Attorney
Elisha is an experienced attorney with a strong family law, civil litigation, and criminal law background. Known for her creative problem-solving skills and her ability to balance assertiveness with thoughtfulness, Elisha is a dedicated advocate for her clients. Whether negotiating settlements or aggressively litigating in the courtroom, she always tailors her approach to the unique needs of each case.

A proud Oregon native, Elisha has lived in Idaho for over a decade. She earned her Juris Doctor from Concordia School of Law in Boise and has built a reputation for being both talented and compassionate in her legal practice. She is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for those she represents, while maintaining a genuine kindness and respect for all parties.

Outside of her legal work, Elisha enjoys international travel and cherishes time spent with her two children and her oversized miniature golden doodle, Strudel.
